30 Day Detox & Cleanse

Ingredients

Detox Herbs - Sarsaparilla, Burdock Root, Elderberry, Yellow Dock Root, Nettle 

Cleanse Herbs - Mexican Dream Herb, Cascara Sagrada, Rhubarb Root, Blessed Thistle

Directions

Detox Herbs Tea

1. Add 1 tablespoon of each detox herb to a pot or tea kettle and add 3 cups of spring water. 

2. Bring to a boil for 3-5 minutes or until liquid is brown in color. 

3. Remove from heat and cover with lid until cool (contents may be hot). 

4. Use a small strainer to strain into a mug of your choice. This will prevent the loose herbs from getting into your mug. 

5. Drink 5 detox herbs twice per day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Makes 3 cups.

Cleansing Herbs Tea
